We advocate early mobilisation and that means walking and cardiovascular activity as soon as you can. The more you do within reason, the quicker you get back into your normal routines. You will need to wear a compression garment for 1- 3 weeks if you have had the combination Vaser lipo & Renuvion procedure and it actually helps to keep you comfortable so that you can be more mobile.

Normally, we recommend you wear the supplied compression garment for 24 hours/day during the first 3 days and then downgrade to secondary compression/ shapewear/ underarmour/ sports compression for at least 8hrs a day for a further 1 week.

The doctor will usually advise you during your consultation whether Renuvion is worth adding on to your procedure but in general it further enhances the results of Vaser lipo.
